• Keyword analysis and career fit recommendations

The Service is intended to assist users in improving their job application materials. All outputs are AI-generated and should be reviewed, edited, and verified by you before use.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Account Registration

Certain features of the Service may require you to create an account. You agree to:

6. AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate resume content, cover letters, and analysis
• AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that requires revision
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before use
• We do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in job interviews, offers of employment, or any specific career outcome
• The accuracy of ATS match scores is based on algorithmic analysis and does not guarantee compatibility with any specific employer system

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, and content created by RoleTarget, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the resume content, job descriptions, and other materials you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, analyze, and use Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7.3 AI-Generated Outputs

AI-generated resumes, cover letters, and other outputs produced using Your Content are provided to you for your personal use. You are responsible for ensuring that such outputs comply with applicable laws and do not infringe third-party rights.

8. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service may require payment. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Pay all applicable fees and taxes
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for the amounts due

All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE; (B) AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE; (C) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS; OR (D) ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ROLETARGET AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RoleTarget and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
